Day-of Coordination
This is for the couple that has everything under control, but needs someone to execute all of their hard work the day of the wedding!
This service includes:
- Service starting 1 month before the wedding date.
- 1 lead planner and 1 assistant planner present on the wedding day.
- Unlimited email and text correspondence.
- Weekly meetings during the month leading up to the wedding.
- Coordination of setup times with vendors.
- Assistance with scheduling budget and final planning meetings.
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline.
- Assistance with layout planning.
- Distribution of the final timeline to service providers and the wedding party.
- Assistance to the DJ or band with cuing important events.
- Unlimited service time on the wedding day.
